On April 11, Moss hosts an exclusive dinner with the winery Marqués de Murrieta and celebrated Michelin Chef Tom Aikens.

Two minds meet

With two extraordinary chefs—Chef Tom Aikens and Aggi Sverrisson, Executive Chef at Moss—the evening promises to be a gourmet journey of both fruit and flavor.

These masters of the culinary arts share an unshakeable sustainability ethos and bringing these two minds together promises to unlock something enchanting and unique.

The menu will feature six dishes rooted in the shared vision of the two master chefs, with exceptional wines from the esteemed Marqués de Murrieta.

Chef Aggi

Born in Iceland, Chef Aggi Sverrisson was the chef patron and mastermind of London’s renowned Texture Restaurant & Champagne Bar before returning to Iceland. Shaping Moss from the start, Chef Aggi and his team earned a Michelin star in 2023.

Chef Tom Aikens

Tom Aikens is one of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational British chefs. From a very early age, Tom learned how to make use of the freshest ingredients sourced from his immediate environment—a way of life that has shaped his career and culinary vision.

Marqués de Murrieta

Founded in 1852, Marqués de Murrieta is one of the historic foundations of modern Rioja. The principles of controlled fermentation, barrel ageing, and a clear focus on wines built to age continue to define the house style today.

The estate works almost exclusively with estate-grown fruit, allowing full control over viticulture and consistency across vintages. Tempranillo forms the backbone of the red wines, complemented by Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha, while Viura is central to the whites.
