Location
Silica Hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Blue Lagoon. In addition, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the main Blue Lagoon complex.
Highland Base Hotel is located in the central highlands. Kerlingarfjöll mountains are at an elevation of 700 meters. Due to its remote location, the base can only be reached by a professionally-driven 4x4 vehicle in winter. Therefore, transfer is included during the winter season. In summer, Highland Base is accessible by car or a private transfer. You can explore transfer options here.
