Invigorating yet comfortable
The colder lagoon is separated from the lagoon proper. It’s not as cold as a traditional cold plunge, but rather at a refreshing temperature that’s just right. If you’re not used to cold plunges, this could be an ideal way to start exploring the benefits of cooler water.
What to expect
The colder lagoon is about the size of a hot tub and located between the sauna and steam room, providing a contrast between hot and cold. Access to it is via a ramp leading up from the Blue Lagoon itself. We recommend checking the water’s temperature and making sure it feels comfortable to you before going in.
