Executive Chef Aggi Sverrisson has developed a multi-course menu that highlights his signature culinary style and pairs exceptionally with the ethos of the Dom Pérignon maison.
The menu is the chef’s choice—an adventure in and of its own, since Chef Aggi’s creativity knows no bounds. With a single seating per evening only, each event promises to be intimate, surprising, and even a little whimsical.
